Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee recruitment processes and support branch-level hiring activities
- Handle payroll, employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Develop and implement HR systems, including SOPs, KPIs, and organizational structures
- Plan and execute training programs while fostering a positive workplace culture across branches
- Manage employee relations, compliance audits, and resolve workplace issues
- Recommend and implement HR tools to improve efficiency in managing people and processes
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related fields
- 3 – 5 years of experience in HR, ideally in manufacturing or distribution
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, data management, and payroll systems
- Solid background in employee relations, compliance, and HR system improvement
- Will oversee HR operations for 3 branches
